Cruise Review: Spirit of Endeavour

Alaska's Inside Passage - May 2005

Linda,

We just arrived home and I had to write you immediately before the smile left my face. From the moment we were met in Ketchikan until dropped off at the airport in Juneau everything was well organized, pampered, taken care of and lovely all around.

We met many wonderful new friends. I wore my CuddleDuds most mornings and we were lucky with very little rain. The list of what we saw goes on and on. Whales, dolphins, moose, sheep, bald eagles and many more. Everyday was packed with excitement. Sitka was my favorite all around place we visited. Love the Russian shopping opportunities there. Misty Fjords was true to its name. Covered in high clouds the sheer cliffs and colors were impossible to describe and photos can't do it justice.

Howard took 800 pictures, thank goodness for digital cameras. No one dressed for meals and we liked that. The dining room celebrated my birthday, (Linda, did you arrange for that)?

I agree that our category was the best, I liked being on the outside with the door. Took a peak at the Deluxe cabins, would like that next time. We can't thank you enough for your attention to detail. We signed up for our next cruise while on the ship. I guess you somehow get notice of this but I wanted you to know. Cruise West has a new sailing's in Japan and it sounded terrific, we put our deposit down for March 28, 2006. We can't wait.
